Born on July 11, 1975 in Iran, Reza grew up with deep family values, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an innate competitive drive. From the earliest age, he understood that excellence is earned — not given. These core values became the invisible thread woven through every chapter of his remarkable life.
At just 13 years old, Reza earned his Black Belt — a milestone most adults never reach. Training at the Black Belt Center demanded years of sacrifice, focus, and mental toughness. This wasn't just a belt; it was proof that with the right discipline, any goal is achievable. The same relentless work ethic he built on the mat defines his approach to every real estate and loan transaction today.
At age 17, Reza competed at the national level and won the Gold Medal in professional martial arts — becoming one of the top competitive athletes in all of Iran. Competing against the country's elite, he demonstrated the precision, strategy, and composure under pressure that would later serve his clients in high-stakes real estate negotiations.
Reza was selected to represent his country on Iran's National Martial Arts Team — the pinnacle of competitive achievement. Wearing the national colors meant representing millions of people and carrying their pride with every match. This experience of performing at the highest level under immense expectation shaped the professional standard he holds himself to today.
While actively competing, Reza pursued dual academic paths in Sport & Martial Science and Engineering simultaneously. His martial arts skills also brought him to film sets, where he performed as a martial arts talent in productions. In 2002, after a decorated career, he retired from professional competition and bid farewell to the National Team — closing one extraordinary chapter to begin another.
Reza graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Material Sciences Engineering — a rigorous degree demanding analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to understand complex systems. The engineering mindset — assess, calculate, optimize, execute — is one he applies daily when evaluating properties, analyzing loan structures, and engineering the best outcomes for every client.
Not content with one degree, Reza earned a BA in Sport Journalism — adding the art of clear communication, narrative, and persuasion to his engineering foundation. In 2007, Reza made the bold decision to immigrate to the United States, settling in San Diego, California. Leaving everything familiar behind — armed with two degrees, a national championship, and an unbreakable will — he arrived in America the same way he approached every challenge in life: ready to start from zero and build something extraordinary. That immigrant grit became one of his greatest professional assets.
Reza enrolled at State College to study Real Estate, Finance, and Physical Education — bringing his lifelong love of athletics together with the financial and property expertise he was building. Right in the middle of the historic 2008 market crash, he was learning the industry from the ground up, gaining insights into market cycles and risk that most agents never develop. This foundation set him apart from day one.
By 2013, Reza was fully licensed and actively working in both real estate and lending across Southern California. Building his practice from the ground up — with zero shortcuts and 100% commitment to every client — he grew his reputation through results, referrals, and relationships. Over the following decade, he would serve hundreds of clients across San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
